Opening an E-commerce website, it has been 150 days now and they are still not finishing it. They have one developer who is working from India, they gave me meetings on Zoom every week, I felt I am the developer, guy asks me do you need return requests in your website? Seriously E-commerce website and no option for customer to return?After that 150 days, I asked for refund as the promise was 45-60 days completion of website. They replied back “We will finish the website in 3 days” Lol, after 150 days and my refund request made them realize that they needed just 3 days to finish.They are now refusing to refund though in agreement its mentioned clearly 45-60 days, a promise they never kept and failed miserably.Worse than this, they asked for 20,000 AED for Magento Ecommerce platform. When I asked for Admin user name and password, I found out they made it on Magento community which is actually a free platform. So they wanted 20,000 AED exactly as Net profit. When we ask anything like we need a promo code in website if possible their response has always been “Sir we need to buy plug in and it costs 900 AED + 1000 AED is for extra service” then why did I pay 20k, aren’t you supposed to attach the plug in?All those Google reviews they have I am not sure if its genuine reviews or fake. But if it was upto me even giving them 1 star is too good for this.My complaint is with Dubai Consumer protection and I will never leave this. You will have to pay my downpayment back.
