We build with the model that best fits your project. For most UAE business applications, we recommend Azure OpenAI UAE North (GPT-4o) for UAE data residency compliance. Is the project price fixed or do costs increase?+
We offer fixed-price contracts for projects up to AED 2,000,000 in scope. The price in the signed proposal is the price you pay. We absorb development cost overruns within the agreed scope. If you want to add features beyond the agreed scope during development, we agree a separate change order at a fixed price before doing the work — never surprise billing. Time-and-materials billing is available for ongoing retainer or support arrangements after launch.
Do I own the source code?+
Yes. Full source code ownership transfers to you on final payment. We provide a complete handover package including source code, documentation, deployment scripts, model fine-tuning files, API keys configuration guide, and a 2-hour walkthrough session with your technical team. We retain no ongoing claim to the code, models, or data we trained on your behalf. If you want us to continue managing the system on AMC, that is a separate optional arrangement.
How does Al Wafaa Group handle Arabic AI?+
Arabic AI is a specialist area and we treat it as a separate testing phase, not an afterthought. Our Arabic testing process includes: native Arabic speaker panel testing (minimum 3 testers for significant projects), RTL layout testing across iOS Safari, Chrome, and Android browsers, Arabic dialect accuracy testing (Modern Standard Arabic, Gulf Arabic, Levantine) based on your target user profile, accuracy comparison between GPT-4o and Jais for your specific domain, and a written Arabic quality sign-off before launch. Projects that require Arabic AI typically add 2 to 4 weeks for this testing phase.
What happens after launch? What is included in the warranty?+
Every Al Wafaa Group AI project includes a 12-month warranty covering: (1) bug fixes for any defect present at launch, (2) AI model performance monitoring with alerts if accuracy drops below agreed thresholds, (3) UAE regulatory compliance updates if laws change and affect your system, (4) one round of AI model fine-tuning based on real-world feedback data collected in the first 3 months. The 12-month warranty is included in the fixed project price — it is not a separate cost. After 12 months, we offer optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages.
Can Al Wafaa Group add AI to my existing software?+
