To encourage the working potential, each department managers look into the team members and award the best employee title to them.

Every month, there will be a get together or cultural ceremony to showcase the artistic talents as well as to award the best employee and team. The assessment is based on various criteria like punctuality, dressing, individual working, innovative plans, work productivity etc. As a place of creative thinking, the competition is always high. After the tight competition, Ms. Athulya, who works as the sales coordinator as well as receptionist won the ‘star of the month’ .

The project team, under Mr. Deepak (Project Manager) won the best team award for this month. The awards were announced on 13th May 2017. CEO Mr. Muneer and General Manager Mr. Sameekh graced the occasion with their presence.
