Cancellation and Refund policy


CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY ALWAFAA GROUP : There may be certain orders that ALWAFAA GROUP is unable to accept or deliver and must cancel. ALWAFAA GROUP reserves the right, at ALWAFAA GROUPs sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without stating a reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by ALWAFAA GROUPs credit and fraud avoidance department. ALWAFAA GROUP or the Website may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. ALWAFAA GROUP representatives will contact you if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your credit card account or refunded through a cheque. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or ALWAFAA GROUP .

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY USER: In case of requests for order cancellations, ALWAFAA GROUP reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if ALWAFAA GROUP receives a cancellation notice which has not been been processed/ approved by ALWAFAA GROUP , then ALWAFAA GROUP shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within a reasonable period of time. ALWAFAA GROUP will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. ALWAFAA GROUP has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by ALWAFAA GROUP and accept ALWAFAA GROUPs decision regarding the cancellation.

ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT: Before accepting shipment of any product, the purchaser is requested to ensure that the products packaging or the product in itself is not damaged or tampered and that it matches the order that was made on the Website.

RETURN/REFUNDS: In the event, you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with ALWAFAA GROUP along with the copy of your invoice. ALWAFAA GROUP do not arrange collection of products from purchaser’s location – in case the product is faulty. You may also inform through electronic correspondence (email) at info@ALWAFAA for prompt assistance.

- Please notify online customer service and deliver the product at ALWAFAA GROUP office along with the receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery.

- If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, ALWAFAA GROUP shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

- Products should be unused; and should be returned in their original invoices etc.;

- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by ALWAFAA GROUP in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.

- In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by ALWAFAA GROUP, the value of such product, as originally paid by the purchaser during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded.

- All Refunds will be processed via cheque, by ALWAFAA GROUP
